Position 1. Handle IT infrastructure across hardware/server/SAN/NAS/Loadbalancer/Netwrok, Linux admin, Linux visualized layer/J boss application server), at Gurgaon office and Mumbai hosting facilities. 2.Operation Support to User needs (antivirus, security, email, outlook, user backup etc ) and business application ( java based application with Jboss middleware).3.Proactive Monitoring through various open source and commercial products. 4. Information (log and Database- IBM Informix) Management, covering backup, purging, scripting to generate various business and IT operation reports etc. 5. Documentation and compliance to established processes and enhance/develop new operation processes. 6. IT Security Management, including log review, log correlation, hardening, VA/PT, internal & external audit. 7. Leadership and develop front liner team members. 8. Coordination with other technical operation team mates and other teams ( application development, customer support, finance, marketing etc.). 9.Work as change agent and execute management objectives and coordinate with Management EXPERIENCE: 5-7 Years in jboss,virtualisation linux. Position Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues). Ø Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development. Ø Monitor measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales. Ø Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
