Designation Manager Collections ( Cash Management Service )

Position Requirement
  • To effectively Manage Collections, New Delhi and the North India locations falling under Delhi Hub. Achieve high degree of operational efficiency in day to day processing without compromising on operational controls.

  • To ensure timely, error free and smooth operations in the unit.

  • Monitor monthly performance on PDC business to meet SLA Standards.

  • Continuous monitoring of coordinator / courier performance to ensure that all

  • SLAs are met. To effectively manage courier bills as well as need based allocation of courier frequencies and routes.

  • Ensure that the regular conduct of operations adhere to the Key Control Standards.

  • Ensure adherance to the procedures set in the procedure manual.

  • Manage the Archival Process as per the guidelines.

  • Monitor reconciliation of IP, OCCS, Nostro Accounts.

  • Ensure that the CRM KCS and other KCS checks are conducted as per the set timelines and exceptions reported to the Unit Head.

  • Manage business issues with approved FTE.

  • Ensure that people under control achieve job satisfaction and enrichment by motivating and channelising their activities in the right direction and role.

    Designation Process Manager -Local Fund Services

    Position Requirement
  • Managing a team performing Daily NAVs, various periodic deliverables and reconciliations for local funds

  • Providing technical guidance and direction to the team

  • Liaise with Clients on a day-to-day basis to ensure NAV delivery/reconciliations

  • Liaise with Senior management to define Operational standards and drive performance

  • To ensure successful completion of Statutory & Internal Audits

  • Experience 6+ years experience preferably with fund accounting, security database or custody environment.

    Designation Assistant Vice President - Client Service

    Position Requirement

    The AVP will work closely with Global client coverage teams within WSS to provide flawless service delivery to franchise clients. May suggest changes to procedures or work flow to enhance quality and productivity. Ability to understand client segments and apply different servicing approaches based on knowledge level.

    The broad responsibilities are as listed below -

  • Typically responsible for daily activities of a group (individual contributors, supervisors/team leaders) in the client service area.

  • Integral member of the service management team responsible for representing the unit to its internal / external clients.

  • Responsible for acting as a liaison between Client Service and all the operations units servicing clients

  • Partner with product and T&SS colleagues to effectively address client issues that fall outside of internal and client SLAs

  • Proposes and implements procedures to deliver responses to customers, organizes workflow and processing activities, determines department structure and ensures resource allocation.

  • Makes recommendations on process improvements and provides guidance on more complex operating procedures.

  • Participates in the development of goals and execution of strategies within a department

  • Qualification
  • Graduates (BCOM/BMS) / CAs/ MBAs with seven to ten years of experience.

  • Knowledge on the capital markets & custody operation is a must.

  • Excellent organization & time management skills. Should exercise good judgment in prioritizing client deliverables.

  • Has to be extremely client-focused and result-oriented in approach.

  • Should be a quick learner and should possess excellent Analytical skills.

    Designation Vice President - Shared Services Controlling
    Company Background Our client is a. is a financial services company, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. The bank is organized into three divisions, Investment Banking, Private Banking, and Asset Management. Shared Services, which includes functions such as IT and legal/compliance, encompasses all three major areas.

  • On a monthly basis provide detailed expense reporting including month on month, variance analysis, ytd vs. budget analysis, actual performance vs. forecast.

  • Proactively review trends and flag anomalies for attention. Initiate dialogue with functions.
